
Baked Artichoke Dip
- 1 box Parmesan Pesto Cheeseball Mix
- 8 oz. low fat cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped well
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, or 1 clove garlic, minced
Combine contents of Pack A from cheeseball package with cream cheese. Add mayonnaise, artichoke hearts and garlic powder.
Add 1/2 contents of Pack B. Blend well. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cooking spray in casserole dish. Pile dip into dish.
Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish with some of remaining contents of Pack B. Serve with hearty chips or pita bread wedges.
