Your Satisfaction

Sometimes, even when folks do their best, special attention may be needed after a sale. If you are not satisfied with an item you ordered from us, please contact us at sales@northairemarket.com within 30 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve any issues or concerns you may have.

 

Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to return an unopened item within 30 days of purchase, please call us to receive a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) code. Then, write the RGA code on a copy of your invoice and return it to us along with the merchandise. You may send your return to us via UPS or insured mail to:

Order Cancelation 

Due to our quick turnaround time, North Aire Market does not accept cancellations. 

 

Shipping

There is a flat rate of $15.00 to the continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are priced individually based on actual costs. If you like to ship to these locations, please contact us.
