As a condition of placing an order with North Aire Market, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account and purchase information. You are responsible for ensuring that all billing, shipping, and contact information is correct to facilitate order processing and delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to return an unopened item within 30 days of purchase, please call us to receive a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) code. Then, write the RGA code on a copy of your invoice and return it to us along with the merchandise. You may send your return to us via UPS or insured mail to:

Orders & Order Cancelation
Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by North Aire Market. All orders are subject to review, acceptance, and product availability. North Aire Market reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time and without liability, including due to inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
Due to our quick turnaround time, North Aire Market does not accept cancellations.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only. North Aire Market is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, supply chain issues, and weather issues.
Risk of loss or damage to the Products shall transfer to the Purchaser upon shipment or delivery, as determined by the applicable shipping terms.
There is a flat rate of $15.00 to the continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are priced individually based on actual costs. If you like to ship to these locations, please contact us.
