Grandma was an "old world cook". The secret to the dumplings was from her homeland. When we couldn't find anyone domestically that would meet her standards, we searched in Germany until we found a producer in Bavaria who now produces our dumplings to meet our/her specifications. Grandma Esther was a gem. This soup of hers is as amazing as she was.
